Welcome to Peaces and Pieces Integrative Wellness
At Peaces & Pieces, we provide faith-informed support and whole-person wellness through one-on-one sessions, advocacy, and support groups. We believe true healing involves the mind, body, and spirit, and our services are designed to walk with you through every stage of your journey.
The name Peaces & Pieces reflects a simple truth: many begin their path carrying only fragments—of their health, their story, or their hope. Here, every piece is honored as meaningful. We create a safe space where those fragments can come together, helping you experience peace in the process and move toward lasting wholeness.
Our Services
Practical Tools, Lasting Change.
1:1 Listening Support
PROBLEM
Loneliness can weigh heavily on seniors, especially when there are few safe, judgment-free spaces to share personal thoughts and feelings. Family may not always be available, and isolation can leave many feeling unseen and unheard.

SOLUTION
Through virtual one-on-one sessions, you’ll spend time with a board-certified nurse practitioner who combines professional expertise with compassionate listening. These are not therapy sessions, but rather supportive conversations designed to provide companionship in a faith-informed, non-clinical environment. With a healthcare background, I bring understanding of the aging journey while offering the comfort of presence and attentive listening.
In-Person Support Groups
PROBLEM
Many seniors struggle with loneliness and the absence of safe spaces for meaningful conversation.

SOLUTION
Our facilitated support groups—hosted within senior living communities—provide a circle of encouragement, empathy, and mutual growth. Through guided discussion, participants share experiences, listen to others, and build emotional connections.
Advocacy & Navigation Support
PROBLEM
The healthcare system can be confusing and overwhelming, especially when facing a new diagnosis, chronic illness, or caring for a loved one.

SOLUTION
These non-clinical sessions provide hands-on support: organizing records, preparing questions for appointments, and understanding treatment plans. Sessions are offered virtually and rooted in compassion.
